Samira Nasr has been appointed as Harper's Bazaar's new Editor-in-Chief, commencing in the role July 6.
Nasr, the former executive fashion director at Vanity Fair, who's also worked for ELLE and InStyle, and styled campaigns for brands including Laura Mercier, Estée Lauder and Clarins, is the first Black Editor-in-Chief in the magazine's 153 year history, and she commented 'At this particular moment in our nation's history, I am honoured to be at the helm of such an iconic brand'.
